Through the implementation of the QMS, the Ministry of Labour aims to achieve the following objectives:
- Deliver high-quality services grounded in fairness, transparency, and integrity.
- Enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations and procedures and ensure their proper documentation by adopting best administrative and technological practices that support institutional performance quality and sustainability.
- Achieve beneficiary satisfaction and enhance their overall experience by providing services that meet their needs.
- Empower and develop employee capabilities through continuous training, promoting a culture of quality, and embedding principles of risk-based thinking and continual improvement across all areas of work.
- Measure and periodically review institutional performance to ensure alignment of operational and strategic objectives with the Quality Policy and government directions.

Strengthening compliance and institutional development by adhering to local legislation and international standards, and by expanding the implementation of advanced quality management systems and pursuing additional ISO certifications in other areas, thereby enhancing confidence and contributing to sustainable economic and social development.
