Registration service for the on-the-job training programme (Furas)
The Furas Programme is an on-the-job vocational training programme linked to a specific profession or multiple professions within private sector institutions. It is implemented through a contract between the employer and jobseekers for training periods ranging from 6 to 12 months. The programme aims to provide training opportunities for Bahraini youth in private sector companies and institutions, to develop their capabilities, enhancing their skills, and refining their experience through practical application. It further seeks to increase their efficiency and confidence, thereby preparing them to enter the labour market and positioning Bahraini youth as the preferred choice for employment.

- The applicant must hold the required qualification specified for this program.
- To pass the interview at the company
- Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey)
- Enter the primary electronic key (eKey).
- Alist of on the Job training programs will appear
