Registration in the training programme with Job Secure (Dhaman)
This programme facilitates the employment of jobseekers in private sector organisations. Training institutes and centres, in partnership with employers, offer employment opportunities to participants upon successful completion of the training programme supervised by the Ministry of Labour. The programme equips participants with the skills required for specific employment roles determined by employers.

- The applicant must be a Bahraini citizen.
- To be registered with the Ministry of Labor
- The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
- The applicant must hold the required qualification specified for this program.
- Start the eService, the system will request the primary electronic key (eKey).
- Enter the primary electronic key (eKey)..
- A list of Training Program with Job Secure (Dhaman) will appear.
- Choose the training program that suits you.
- Choose the training institute.
- You can submit a new grievance by clicking on the “Submit ” button.
- The training institute will contact you.
