MLSD Minister praises the creative energies of Bahraini youth in various fields

His Excellency Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, Minister of Labour and Social Development, met in his office at the Ministry with writer Munira Abdulsalam, who presented him with two copies of her novels, Near the Tree of Life and Cordarone. Humaidan commended the creative efforts of writer Munira Abdulsalam, emphasising the importance of novels in highlighting issues of concern to society through the literary creations of young people. He noted the Kingdom of Bahrain’s wealth of promising talent in various arts and literature, calling for attention to nurturing and encouraging young writers to increase their quality creative output. For her part, writer Abdulsalam expressed her gratitude to the Minister of Labour and Social Development for his encouragement of young Bahraini creatives, stressing that this serves as an incentive for writers and creative individuals to pursue their writing endeavours in all its literary forms.
