The Minister of Labor and Social Development praises Ahli United Bank's support for the National Social Work Fund

His Excellency the Minister of Labour and Social Development, Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, met in his office with the Head of the Corporate Banking Group at Ahli United Bank, Mr. Redha Ali Mohammed Ali, and the Head of Marketing Communications, Mr. Mohammed Bou Saqr, to provide financial support to the Ahli Social Work Fund and the Family Bank. Humaidan commended Ahli United Bank’s initiative, expressing profound gratitude for the bank’s pioneering role in promoting humanitarian and social work across the Kingdom of Bahrain and in supporting community‑partnership efforts. He noted that the bank contributes to and supports charitable and humanitarian projects, as well as social work, throughout the Kingdom. Humaidan highlighted the ongoing cooperation between donor agencies and civil society organisations through funding the Civil and Social Work Fund’s programmes, noting that this collaboration enhances NGOs’ contributions to implementing quality development and social projects that serve the community. For his part, the Head of the Banking Services Group affirmed the bank’s commitment to supporting the National Social Work Fund, which finances social projects implemented by civil society organisations in the Kingdom of Bahrain. He praised the Ministry of Labour and Social Development’s efforts to back the programmes, projects and activities of civil society organisations, helping them achieve shared development goals and enhance their efficiency.
