The applicant must meet all the conditions specified in the ministerial order.
Receive a letter from the facility wishing to obtain approval for equipment inspection.
- Personal attendance.
- Email osd@mol.gov.bh .
- Commercial Registration of the Establishment.
- ISO certificate.
- A list of the projects in which the facility worked and the equipment it examined, proving that it has more than 10 years of experience.
- A copy of the software used for examinations and certification.
- Examiners' data and qualifications.
- Membership certificates at the international accreditation bodies specified in the ministrial order.
