Approval of requests for full-time union work and issuance of bank letters
The trade union acquires legal personality from the moment its founding papers are accepted and deposited with the Ministry, thereby acquiring rights and bearing obligations. The union is entitled to hold a bank account managed by the union’s board of directors, with authorised representatives subject to change in each election cycle. This necessitates the issuance of bank letters and certificates of legal representation to authorise the management of the union’s bank accounts. Where the number of union members reaches fifty or more, the chairman of the union’s board of directors is entitled to devote himself full-time to union work, and it is necessary to issue letters confirming dedication to union work.

- The service applicant must be the authorized union president.
- He must be among the workers to whom the provisions of this law apply.
- He must not be the employer of the facility or one of the officials responsible for drawing up its policy by making decisions therein.
The following conditions must be met by a member of the labor union
- When starting the service, the system will request the primary electronic key.

- Upon logging in, choose the labor union services and choose from the list the service of requesting full-time work for union work and issuing bank letters for labor laws and labor unions.
- Write the request by e-mail stating the required correspondence.
