Nomination and employment record

The Ministry of Labour provides this service to jobseekers who wish to view their nomination records and the results of nominations submitted by employers to the employment system. Vacancy Centre and Monitoring and Verification Unit: This unit is responsible for entering vacancies into the system and verifying that the salary offered meets the prescribed thresholds, ensuring it is not less than 300 dinars for secondary school graduates, 380 dinars for diploma holders, and 450 dinars for bachelor's degree holders, and that the vacancy is suitable for jobseekers. Monitoring, Planning and Reporting Unit: This unit monitors the work progress related to the vacancy movement and the extent of the employee’s commitment to nomination, follow-up, hiring, and closure. It also prepares reports concerning vacancy progress, jobseeker registration, and hiring activity. Career Guidance and Counselling: This team specialises in career guidance and counselling for all educational levels. It organises guidance lectures and workshops for jobseekers registered with the Employment Services Department and students across all academic stages, in coordination with the Ministry of Education. It also participates in the Career Day Exhibition at the University of Bahrain and other private universities.
