1. Receive the application through the electronic system with its attachments and ensure that the conditions are met.
2. Visit the institution’s headquarters and obtain the approval of the relevant authorities.
3. Renew the license and issue the license certificate.

2. A copy of the commercial register of the training institution (valid).
3. A list from the Social Insurance Authority proving all employees registered with the training institution.
4. Approval of the General Directorate of Civil Defense for the headquarters.
