توضح وزارة العمل أن التقديم على الشواغر الوظيفية المتاحة يتم بشكل مباشر من قبل الباحثين عن عمل عبر المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف، حيث تتيح المنصة لكل متقدم اختيار الوظائف التي تناسب مؤهلاته والتقدم لها إلكترونياً.

جميع الشواغر الوظيفية يتم إدراجها على المنصة الوطنية للتوظيف من قبل أصحاب العمل مباشرة، وتكون الشواغر متاحة لجميع الباحثين عن عمل لترشيح أنفسهم حسب مؤهلاتهم، وبما يتناسب مع رغباتهم.

عقد مجلس إدارة هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل اجتماعه الاعتيادي برئاسة سعادة السيد يوسف بن عبد الحسين خلف وزير العمل ووزير الشؤون القانونية، وبحضور السادة أعضاء مجلس الإدارة، والسيد نبراس محمد طالب الرئيس التنفيذي لهيئة تنظيم سوق العمل.
وخلال الاجتماع، تم استعراض جهود هيئة تنظيم سوق العمل في تنفيذ الخطط الاستراتيجية الهادفة إلى مواصلة تعزيز بيئة العمل ورفع كفاءة الجوانب التنظيمية والرقابية بما يتماشى مع برنامج الحكومة (2023 -2026)، والخطة الوطنية لسوق العمل (2023–2026).
كما اطّلع المجلس على أبرز مستجدات النسخة المطورة من نظام حماية الأجور، الذي يسهم في تسهيل سداد أجور العمالة الوطنية والأجنبية إلكترونياً عبر المؤسسات المالية والمصرفية المعتمدة، ويدعم أصحاب العمل خصوصاً المنشآت الصغيرة والمتوسطة في تنظيم عملياتهم المالية والإدارية وتوثيقها بكلّ كفاءة.

Manama, Dec. 14 (BNA): His Majesty King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa has issued Decree (70) of 2025, regarding a ministerial reorganisation, based on a proposal submitted by the Prime Minister.

Freelance support for 12 months with monthly incentive of BHD 200 Support for Social Insurance Organization contributions for 12 months Support for the virtual Commercial Registration “Sijili” fees 12 November 2025: In line with the continuous directives of His Royal Highness Prince Salman bin Hamad Al Khalifa, the Crown Prince and Prime Minister, to advance national efforts aimed at creating opportunities for Bahrainis and promoting economic development, the Ministry of Labour has announced the launch of the “Freelancers Support Initiative”, in partnership with the Labour Fund “Tamkeen”. His Excellency, Yousif bin Abdulhussain Khalaf, the Minister of Legal Affairs and Acting Minister of Labour said that the initiative targets job seekers who wish to pursue freelancing as a professional career path by encouraging their participation in flexible and independent work models within the labor market. Under this initiative, Bahrainis registered under the Ministry of Labour as job seekers – with up to 12 months of experience – will be assisted in obtaining a virtual commercial registration “Sijili” with the cost of registration fully covered. They will also receive monthly incentives of BHD 200 for a period of 12 months, in addition to support for the Social Insurance Organization contribution for 12 months, to empower participants to establish and expand their freelance ventures. His Excellency also reaffirmed that this step falls within the framework of ongoing national efforts aimed at enhancing opportunities for Bahrainis and expand employment opportunities by diversifying career paths that enable job seekers to invest in their skills and capabilities, transforming them into viable and rewarding business ventures. The initiative is aligned with the National Labor Market Plan 2023 – 2026, which aims to ensure the continued and sustainable growth of Bahrain’s labor market by creating more jobs in productive sectors and expanding opportunities that drive development, reinforcing the Bahraini citizen’s position as the central pillar of labor market development.
