Service-level agreement
The Ministry of Labour is keen to achieve customer satisfaction by providing high-quality services, characterised by timely delivery, in accordance with the type of service, the fulfilment of its conditions, and the provision of the required data by the customer. Through this agreement, the Ministry seeks to provide the best possible service within the timeframe specified in the table below, based on the type of service. The time required to complete each service has been determined based on accumulated experience and actual timeframes previously recorded. The time taken to complete each service is subject to periodic review, in light of ongoing efforts to develop the various services provided to citizens, with customer service remaining a primary focus.
