Issuing licenses for private training institutions after ensuring that the institution meets all the required conditions approved by the Ministry of Labor under the Decree Law No. 25 of 1998 regarding private educational and training institutions.

The applicant must be at least 25 years old.

He must be fully competent.

He must be of good conduct and no final judgments have been issued against him in a felony or misdemeanor that violates honor, honesty or public morals unless he has been rehabilitated.

He must have at least a high school diploma or its equivalent.

He must be able to finance the establishment and continuation of the private training institution in accordance with the standards and guarantees established by the Ministry.
- He must not be an employee in the government, public or private bodies or institutions.

The person representing him before others must meet the previous conditions, with the exception of what is stipulated in Clause (4), provided that the application states the source of funding for the private educational and training institution and the ability to do so.
- Submitting an application in Sijilat.
- Initial approval of the administration and it is transferred to the joint committee.
- Approval of the relevant authorities for the headquarters of the training institution.
- Final approval of the joint committee and then issuing the licensing Decree and publishing it in the Official Gazette.
The application is submitted through the Sijilat.
- Form No. (A-1) regarding the request for a license to establish a private training institution (all data must be completed).
- The economic feasibility study of The project, indicating The invested amount.
- The internal policies of the training institution to be established, including the requirements for institutional inclusion in the National Qualifications Framework.
- A model of the proposed form for submitting an application to join a training program.
- A model of the proposed certificate to be issued, with a proposed logo for the institution.
- A model of the proposed form for evaluating a training program at the end of the program by trainees.
- Forms for offering a training program (Form A, B, or C) for each proposed program.
- Commitment to complete the institutional listing process in the National Qualifications Framework at the Education and Training Quality Authority after obtaining the final license from the Ministry of Labor within a period of 6 months from the date of issuance of the license, where you will be given a grace period to practice the work to complete the requirements for institutional listing, and you can view the requirements for institutional listing standards by referring to the Authority's website.
- CV, experience and qualifications "not less than high school".
- A bank deposit certificate for the value of the invested amount, not less than 30 thousand Bahraini dinars for administrative and commercial training centers and institutes and an amount of 50 thousand dinars for vocational and technical centers and institutes.
- A copy of the establishment's registration certificate with the Ministry of Industry and Commerce (Commercial Register).
- A copy of the articles of association and its amendments, provided that the company's capital is more than 50 thousand Bahraini dinars in the event of a request to open an administrative and commercial center or 70 thousand Bahraini dinars in the event of a request to open a professional and technical center.
- The financial report if the company is more than one year old.
- A decision from the Board of Directors or the General Assembly to participate in the establishment of a private training institution.
- The CV, qualifications and experience of the representative of the legal entity.
