Humaidan discusses with MP Buhamoud strengthening cooperation with the legislative authority

His Excellency the Minister of Labour and Social Development, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Labour Market Regulatory Authority, Mr Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, received, in his office at the Ministry, a Member of the Council of Representatives to discuss ways to deepen co‑operation between the legislative and executive authorities in support of labour and social‑development projects, and to provide the best services to citizens. During the meeting, His Excellency reviewed the Ministry of Labour and Social Development’s efforts and initiatives to train and qualify job seekers and integrate them into private‑sector establishments, in addition to enhancing the level of welfare and social services provided to all segments of Bahraini society. For his part, MP Bu Hamoud commended the Ministry’s efforts to deliver development services in the fields of labour and social services to various segments of society. He noted the Ministry’s co‑operation with the Council of Representatives on relevant issues under discussion, particularly those related to local legislation.
