Ministry of Labor and Social Development announces the completion of sterilization of all its buildings and facilities

In support of national efforts to contain and prevent the spread of the Coronavirus (COVID‑19), the Ministry of Labour and Social Development announced that it has completed the sterilisation of the Ministry’s building and all its affiliated centres across the Kingdom of Bahrain. This is part of a series of preventive measures taken to protect the health and safety of all employees and clients, and to prevent them from contracting the virus. As part of its awareness‑raising efforts to promote a healthy and safe work environment, the Ministry has provided its centres, which provide comprehensive employment, training, unemployment insurance, and social care services to various segments of society in all governorates, with copies of sterilisation guidelines, directing them to sterilise their premises correctly and following up to ensure implementation of the guidelines for combating the Coronavirus (COVID‑19) in the workplace. The Ministry of Labour and Social Development is making strenuous efforts to contain and prevent the spread of the virus by expanding precautionary measures to include all employees and visitors, including daily temperature checks and the provision of hand sanitisers and masks at all Ministry facilities and affiliated centres.
