MLSD Minister discusses with MP the intensification of efforts to develop development and labor services

His Excellency Minister of Labour and Social Development Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan met with Member of the Council of Representatives Mahmoud Makki Al Bahrani at the Ministry. They reviewed recent developments in labour‑market and social‑development services and explored ways to deepen executive–legislative cooperation to meet citizens’ aspirations. Humaidan confirmed that the Ministry continues to prioritise integrating Bahrainis into private‑sector roles and safeguarding their job stability, particularly during the current exceptional period. He added that social‑care services for all groups are being expanded and that links with civil‑society organisations are being strengthened to encourage social and volunteer work across the Kingdom. Al Bahrani commended the Ministry’s efforts to employ national workers, maintain workplace stability and broaden welfare services that help Bahraini families achieve economic advancement and a stable standard of living. He also highlighted the Ministry’s constructive collaboration with the Council of Representatives in serving the public interest.
