MLSD Minister Receives a Copy of Master's Thesis on "Smartphone Applications & their Role in Developing Digital Media Practice"

His Excellency the Minister of Labour and Social Development, Mr. Jameel bin Mohammed Ali Humaidan, received researcher Amina Abbas AlMowali, who presented him with a copy of her Master’s thesis in Digital Media from the University of Bahrain’s College of Arts, entitled “The role of smartphone application design in enhancing the professional practices of digital media practitioners.” Humaidan praised AlMowali’s academic effort, underlining the value of studies that track global technological advances and offer rich insights for those engaged in media work, adding that her research represents an important contribution to Arab and international literature on digital media and remote‑work environments by providing results that inform and guide digital‑media practitioners and their stakeholders. AlMowali, in turn, expressed appreciation for the Minister’s support and encouragement of Bahraini authors and researchers, noting that such backing motivates further publications and studies that serve the Kingdom’s ongoing development and progress.
